The Brookline School Board works with the Superintendent and is responsible for preparing the Brookline School District budget and other planning, policies and oversight.

The Board consists of 5 elected representatives.

If you are a first-time candidate or seek re-election, you must file a Declaration of Candidacy with the School District Clerk. Filing forms are available at the Office of the Town Clerk and the SAU 41 Office.

January 10, 2017, at the close of business, is the final day for submitting articles for the Brookline School District Warrant.

The first session of the Brookline School District’s Annual Meeting (Deliberative Session) will be held on Monday, February 6th at Captain Samuel Douglass Academy (CSDA) and will begin at 7:00 PM. The purpose of this session is to finalize the Brookline School District Budget (warrant articles) for 2017-18. The votes on the articles (by secret ballot) will occur in the 2nd session on March 14th at CSDA.
